- The Bar Association of Baltimore City's Lawyer Referral and Information Service is a statewide service, matching callers with private attorneys to meet their legal needs. This service is ABA Certified, but it is not pro bono. The website describes the areas of law covered, fees, and methods for requesting a referral.
- Maryland Access to Justice Commission
- The Commission acts to expand access to the quality of justice in civil legal matters for persons who encounter barriers in gaining access to Maryland’s civil justice system. Included on this site are links to forms and help for those who want to represent themselves in court.
