Firm Card

Pratt Library Firm Cards are available to nonprofit firms and companies whose officers send employees on company time to borrow books for the use of the company in carrying out its work. The card will be held at the Circulation Desk of the location where the card was registered, where it can be retrieved by a company representative. Firm Cards must be renewed once a year.
 

Rules & Regulations

Materials borrowed with the Firm Card are to be used only in connection with the business of the organization, not for personal use. The borrowing limit is thirty (30) items, and the loan period is six (6) weeks, with a one-time automatic renewal of an additional three (3) weeks. If sending an administrative assistant, messenger, or other person to pick up materials, they must present a dated request signed by an authorized user.
