First Card
Children up to age six can borrow books using their own library card with the Pratt First Card.
Apply for a First Card
Fill your bag without worry and bring home enough books to keep you and your child entertained until your next visit. Forget to renew? Can’t make it to the library? No problem. There are no fines for overdue books at Enoch Pratt Free Library!
To get a First Card, fill out the First Card application (Primera Tarjeta Applicacion) and bring it to your local Enoch Pratt Free Library location.
First Cards can only be used to check out children’s materials. The Library decides what counts as a children's item.
Overdue items that are not returned within 14 days of their due date will be deemed lost and billed to the account of the card applicant. All bills will be canceled if materials are returned.
