Creating and maintaining a strong connection to our neighborhood youth is one of the library’s most important responsibilities. The library wants its young patrons to feel safe within its walls and to be able to expand their minds and have fun! The Enoch Pratt Free Library and the Creative Alliance have partnered to offer a program called Open Minds. The Open Minds program provides a chance for children and young adults (8-17) to create art in response to books. It is also an excellent opportunity for young people to make friends! Join the fun at the Patterson Park Branch on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-6 p.m. To learn more about the Creative Alliance, visit their website.
