Adults and seniors meet on a quarterly basis to give and get reading suggestions. No one ever leaves this group without a dozen on more ideas for to read in the future. Fiction and nonfiction titles are discussed. |
Friends Group
Brooklyn has a well-established Friends Group that meets every other month. The members discuss ways to support the staff and library users. Meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of the month. |
Paws To Read

The Brooklyn Branch invites you to come and read aloud to a dog. This program is a fun an exciting way to improve your reading confidence and make a new friend. There is registration for this program but walk-ins are welcomed. Please see branch calendar for dates and information for this event.
