Announcement All Pratt buildings are currently closed because of COVID-19, however remote and contact free services are available.

Location Closure Library services at the Southeast Anchor Library will be unavailable from Monday, October 26 through Tuesday, November 3 for early voting and the general election. It is the only Pratt location being used as a Baltimore city polling location.

The Mobile Job Center offers computers, books, information, and assistance for job seekers and career changers in Baltimore city. The Mobile Job Center is also equipped with a handicap lift as well as a large HDTV screen inside the vehicle for presentations, classes, and demonstrations. An awning and additional exterior HDTV screen allow for expanded group presentations.

The vehicle features twelve individual computer workstations, a print collection, and library staff to help with basic computer assistance, creating resumes and cover letters, job searching and completing applications, preparing for job interviews, registering for Maryland Workforce Exchange, and more. The Mobile Job Center also gives you access to databases on careers and test preparation, information on training programs, referrals to job and career organizations, and referrals to Adult Basic Education and GED classes.
