Washington Village Branch Renovations

The Washington Village Branch will be closed for renovations beginning November 2023. Current plans include expanding the library to double the current size as part of a new mixed-use building, with apartments on the upper floors.

While the Washington Village Branch is closed, pop-up library services will be available in Pigtown at Paul's Place, a community center located at 1118 Ward Avenue. The popup will be open on Monday and Wednesday, 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm. The Washington Village Pop-up is available by phone during these hours at (443) 788-5486.
