Wellness at the Pratt
In partnership with the University of Maryland School of Nursing the Pratt Library is hosting nursing students, supervised by RNs, to provide free drop-in health assessments to Library customers. As well as making services available at Pratt Library locations, we are partnering with BCIT's Office of Broadband and Digital Equity to provide Wellness at the Pratt at two senior centers, Harford and Oliver.
In-Person Health Assessments
The students can assist with:
General health assessments
Blood pressure checks
Medicine education
Finding healthcare providers
Referrals for care
Health education and promotion
The students cannot assist with first aid, wound care, emergency services, diagnosis of illness, or vaccinations.
Anyone experiencing a medical emergency should call 911.

At-Home COVID-19 Tests
The Pratt is offering a limited number of COVID-19 at-home rapid testing kits, while supplies last.
