DEI Council
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) council works collectively with leadership in the Office of Equity and Fair Practice to promote a dynamic, creative, and inclusive workplace that respects, values, and celebrates all of Pratt’s staff and customers.
Through critical dialogue and targeted initiatives, the council advocates for changes across all Library divisions that will institutionalize the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion, both in the Library’s internal practices and in its public services.
The DEI Council supports the personal and professional growth of all Pratt staff while working to enhance the library experience for our varied customer base. The council always welcomes new voices, perspectives, and insights.
