The Enoch Pratt Free Library is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. Office of Equity & Fair Practice
The Office of Equity and Fair Practice (OEFP) is charged with helping the library advance its equity, diversity, and inclusion goals. The Office operates under the principle that every patron, customer, and employee has a right to feel seen, valued, heard, and supported.
Advancing Equity Dashboard
The Pratt Advancing Equity Dashboard measures current and future diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts made by the Pratt Library.
DEI Council
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) council works to promote a dynamic, creative, and inclusive workplace that respects, values, and celebrates the diversity of staff and customers.
