What are some tricks you use for beating the Baltimore heat? If we were all Tibetan monks, we might engage in Tum-mo meditation in order to possibly find relief from extreme weather conditions. In a similar vein of putting mind-over-matter, I suggest immersing yourself in some books with frigid settings this summer, which may help induce a chilling effect on the psyche.
