BGE Energy Assistance Ambassadors are available at select Library locations to provide personalized customer support. They assist with understanding bills, evaluating qualifying billing and energy efficiency programs, and offering guidance for energy assistance applications.
Drop-in assistance is available at the schedule below— no appointment required!

Peer Navigators
Through the Peer Navigator Program, Peer Recovery Specialists and Peer Trainees serve as role models and provide a safe, non-judgmental space that promotes overall wellness, in partnership with the Maryland Peer Advisory Council.
