Board Information

The Historic East Baltimore Community Action Coalition (HEBCAC) is a nonprofit organization that began as a collaboration of Johns Hopkins, Baltimore City Officials, and Community Residents. HEBCAC works to support strong, diverse neighborhoods that honor their history while carving out a promising future. We have been a part of East Baltimore since 1994, serving the 220-block area bounded by Edison Highway, Aisquith Street, North Avenue, and Fayette Street.
