Pratt Test Kitchen
Pratt Test Kitchen celebrates the diversity and creativity of Baltimore’s culinary scene through a wide range of events and programs for all ages.
Explore the diversity and creativity of Baltimore’s culinary scene with Pratt Test Kitchen. Hear from well-known chefs and speakers, enjoy programs and food demonstrations from local businesses, and participate from home with culinary Take & Make kits.
Join us virtually or in person for free events featuring high-profile culinary creators like Toni Tipton-Martin and Michael Twitty. These conversations will revolve around their work in the industry, as well as the intersection between food and social justice. Chris Franzoni, founder of Eatmore Baltimore, will also be hosting interviews with popular local restaurants Clavel, Heritage Kitchen, Ekiben, and more.
Hear from local businesses and community gardeners as they present food demonstrations and teach you how to incorporate healthy and culturally specific ingredients into daily cooking. Get involved from home with Take & Make Kits including ingredients from local restaurants and gardens.
