Office of Equity & Fair Practice
The Office of Equity and Fair Practice (OEFP) is charged with helping the library advance its equity, diversity, and inclusion goals. The Office operates under the principle that every patron, customer, and employee has a right to feel seen, valued, heard, and supported.

Pratt Free Market
Food insecurity affects 42 million people and impacts every county in America. The Pratt Free Market aims to create a safe space for the community through food.
Project ENCORE
Project ENCORE is the Pratt Library’s new restorative justice program which aims to dismantle institutional barriers and social reintegration challenges that lead to recidivism.
