Lucie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and transplanted to Baltimore after earning her B.A. in Art from Goucher College. She splits her work time between the Pratt Library and a Baltimore City public charter school library. In the remaining hours, she can be found working on oil paintings, devouring mysteries and attempting to bake the perfect macaron.
