Ticket to Discovery
Baltimore-area students in PreK–fifth grade with a Pratt Library card can earn free admission to Port Discovery Children's Museum by joining the Ticket to Discovery book club, a reading program in partnership with Port Discovery Children's Museum.
Discover new worlds, passions, and dreams through books and earn free admission to Port Discovery for a child and three additional guests.
During the month of May, Baltimore City children in PreK-Fifth Grade can visit any Pratt location and show their library card to get a Ticket to Discovery bookmark, while supplies last.
How to Participate
Borrow, read, or listen to someone read any five books that spark creativity and curiosity and record them on your bookmark. You can also register and track your progress online with Beanstack.
Bookmarks are available at Pratt locations in the month of May, while supplies last. Complete your reading and visit Port Discovery through August 31, 2026.
Redeem Your Tickets
Once you have read and logged five books, you can redeem up to four (4) admission tickets to Port Discovery. You must present the physical bookmark at the Box Office on the day of visit in order to receive admission. No online reservations. Children one and younger are admitted for free.
Participating children have through August 31, 2026 to complete the program and visit Port Discovery.
