Teen Internships: The Community Youth Corps
Are you a Baltimore City high school student interested in working in a library? The Community Youth Corps (CYC) is an opportunity for students to earn community service hours at the Pratt Library. As a CYC intern you will be able to assist with daily operations of the Enoch Pratt Library, assist in developing activities to connect teens from your community to the Library, attend CYC Professional Development training, and earn up to 75 community service hours.
Teen internships are at the Central Library. Bus passes will be provided for program participants! To apply, you must be a Baltimore City high school student, in grades 9–12. If you’re interested, please fill out a Community Youth Corps application.
If you have any questions or want to learn more about CYC please call (410) 396-5356 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email describing the next steps to schedule an interview.
The Earl Teen Center at the Central Library is an inclusive, safe space aiming to enrich the lives of Baltimore teens.
