Summer Challenge for Teens

How To Participate 

The teen challenge is open to youth entering grades 6–12, or ages 12–18 between June 17 and August 12.

Register for the Summer Challenge beginning Wednesday, June 17. To participate and track your progress online, register with Beanstack at prattlibrary.beanstack.org. Or participate using the paper activity log, available as a printable PDF below. 

You can also find paper activity log in the July/August edition of Compass, or you can request for one to be mailed to you by contacting one of the Pratt Library Sidewalk Service locations. Activity logs are also available at the Baltimore City Public School Meal and Learning Packet Sites.

Instructions

  1. Complete any activity from the list below. For each activity completed, you can either log the activity by date on Beanstack, or on the printable activity log.

  2. If you’re using the printed activity log, put your completed log in an envelope and drop it in any Pratt Library book drop. If you’re logging activity with Beanstack, you do not need to drop anything off at a physical location.

Earn Prizes

For every 10 days of activities completed and logged you will be entered into a drawing for prizes! Days do not have to be consecutive as long as they are within the time frame of June 17 – August 12.

Drawings will happen June 30, July 16 and August 13. The Library will contact prize winners with further instructions about picking up your prize.
