How To Participate 

Tell us what you read between June 17 and August 12 for a chance to win fabulous prizes!

Register for the Summer Challenge beginning Wednesday, June 17. To participate and track your progress online, register with Beanstack at Or participate using the printable entry form (PDF). In Spanish / En español: Reto de verano 2020 - Adulto

You can also find paper entry forms in the July/August edition of Compass, or you can request for one to be mailed to you by contacting one of the Pratt Library Sidewalk Service locations.

Every time you finish a book, either log your progress in Beanstack or place your entry form in an envelope and drop it off at any Pratt Library book drop. For every book you read, you’ll have a chance to win one of three prizes:

The Library will contact prize winners with further instructions about picking up your prize. All readers will also be entered in a lottery for the GRAND prize, a $100 Barnes & Noble Gift Card.

Tiny Library Story Challenge

For additional fun, submit a story to our Tiny Library Story Challenge!

Tell us your best tiny story about an experience you had involving a library! Your story can be happy or sad, heartwarming or hilarious, wise or surprising, but it must be no more than 100 words. Everyone who submits a story will receive a chance to win a swag bag full of wonderful surprises, and select stories will be published on the Library Blog.
