Location Closure The Hamilton Branch will be closed beginning Monday, June 16 for facility improvements. 

Announcement The Pennsylvania Avenue Branch will be closed beginning at 4 pm on Monday, June 9 due to a facilities maintenance issue. The branch will operate on a reduced schedule with limited services 10 am–4 pm through Friday, June 13.

Sridevi Veeramachaneni

Chief Financial Officer

Sridevi Veeramachaneni joined the Pratt Library in July 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Economics as well as her CPA license. Prior to joining the Pratt, Sridevi was the Director of Accounting for Baltimore City Public Schools.

In her role, Sridevi oversees all Pratt financial functions and reporting including Grants Accounting, Treasury Management, Budget, Accounts Payable & Receivable, audits, and more. Under her leadership, the CFO office is committed to improving transparency and communication to both internal and external customers.

Sridevi is proud to work at the Pratt Library, which is one of the best library systems in the country and a safe place for all Baltimoreans. She looks forward to making impactful changes and upholding the existing financial integrity of the Pratt.
