| Born in Charlottesville in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Fellisco listened to the folks tell their tales. After earning a degree in vocal music education and teaching elementary school, the library gave Fellisco a platform to tell stories. She has traveled to Ghana, Nova Scotia, Scotland, England, and Paris. |  |
