Internet Access

Free Dial-up Internet Access is available to Pratt Library cardholders. Ask for a Sailor Cruise Account request form at any Branch library in Baltimore. To apply, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid library card. Within two weeks you'll receive your account holder packet. Cruise Accounts are good for 90 days. Technical support Help Desk, Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to Cruise Account service is a Maryland Public Library project which is provided to ensure free and equitable access to the Internet for Maryland residents.
